A Chill Room is a more challenging room that can be found in the Glacier. The room has a snowstorm overlay before being cleared. If the player is not in a warmth aura provided by fire or Grill O' Wisps, they will gradually become cold. If they become too cold, the player's head will become a block of ice and they will become unable to shoot tears. Entering a warmth aura will thaw the player's head out.
Notes[ | ]
- Incubus will not fire when the player's head is frozen.
- Epic Fetus will not send out a new target if the player's head is frozen, but if a target was sent out before being frozen, it will finish the attack.
BUG Chocolate Milk is not affected, thus the player can continue to charge and rapid fire tears.

- Before Braziers were in the mod, warmth for Chill Rooms were provided by torches placed on the doors of the room (see gallery).
