Broken Wings was an unlockable passive collectible added in Revelations Chapter One; however, it was removed in Chapter Two, becoming a passive effect for Sarah.

- Attaining six red heart containers will grant the player flight.
- Otherwise, flight is gained when entering the Womb.
Notes[ | ]
- Broken Wings was unlocked if the player defeated ??? as Sarah, but was replaced in Chapter Two by Pilgrim's Ward.
- Flight was not lost if the player loses a heart container after the required six.
- Sarah started with this item prior to Chapter Two being released. It is now an inherent trait of Sarah's instead of being a standalone item.
