Fecal Freak is a passive collectible added in Revelations Chapter 1.
Effects[ | ]
- The player's shooting keys are reversed.
- +1.50 Damage up.
- +50% Damage multiplier

- Little poop particles can sometimes come out of the player when walking.
Synergies[ | ]
- Aegis: Now blocks the front of the player.
- Burning Bush: While the majority of flames will fire backwards, some will fire forwards.
- Evil Eye: The eye will fire where the player is looking, but the shots will be reversed.
- Technology 2: The laser fires in front of the player while the tears fire behind the player.
- Tech.5 works the same way.
- Tiny Planet: The player will shoot in front of themself, instead of behind.
