Lust is one of the seven deadly sins and a mini-boss that can be found randomly on any floor. Her only attack is contact damage by ramming towards Isaac with great speed. In Revelation floors, however, her behavior is altered around the corresponding chapter's mechanics.
Glacier Lust

In the Glacier, Lust appears to have had her head frozen, similar to when the player stays in a blizzard for too long. Though unlike the player, her head never thaws, even in the presence of heat.
Behaviour
In the Glacier, Lust mostly acts as she normally does in the base path but has a second phase.
Phase 1:
- Runs towards the player, building speed the more she travels in one direction without being interrupted by a turning.
Phase 2:
- After depleting her health halfway, Lust's frozen head gets knocked off and begins sliding around the room speedily, doing contact damage.
- Lust's frozen head can not be hurt but can be knocked back by shooting it.
Tomb Lust

In the Tomb, Lust returns as a mummified version of herself.
Behaviour
Similar to Glacier, Tomb Lust has 2 phases.
Phase 1:
- Runs towards the player, building speed the more she travels in one direction unless interrupted by turning.
Phase 2:
- Upon death, Lust leaves a pile of revival rags. Shortly afterwards a revival tear floats in from beyond the room and revives her.
- In phase 2 Lust chases the player as usual.
- The revival tear that resurrected Lust will now chase Isaac too as well as bounce off of Lust if the two collide.
- The revival tear goes away either when Lust dies a second time or if the tear is given enough time to run out of range on its own.
Notes
- If Lust is killed in any of the Revelation floors, she will drop Lover's Libido as a reward.
- The item pedestal holding Lover's Libido will be under the effect of said item.
- If Tomb Lust's Revival Tear gets destroyed by whatever means before it reaches Lust's Revival Rags, the room will automatically clear.
